In the early days, the dealership ran the Armstrong Siddeley franchise, later turning to the Rootes group with such famous names as Singer, Sunbeam, Humber and Hillman.

In 1979, the Chrysler Group of the USA sold out it's UK operation (which had incorporated the Rootes group) to Peugeot.

Peugeot changed the existing range to Talbot, featuring such models as the Horizon, Sunbeam, Avenger, Alpine and Solara.

In 2000 J C Snell Ltd finished our franchise agreement with Peugeot due to huge on-costs being imposed by the Manufacturer. Since that date we have been supplying brand new Peugeot vehicles at vastly reduced prices.

Today, the Peugeot range incorporates many class leading models from the 107 to 607 and J C Snell Ltd continues to prosper under the same family management that started the company over 70 years ago.
